About Me

With over two decades of experience building and leading high-growth Sales & Revenue Operations teams, I’ve learned that sustainable growth doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built with structure, strategy, and relentless execution.


As a fractional RevOps leader, I work with founders and revenue leaders to scale smart. I help companies align their sales operations, design effective compensation plans, implement the right systems, and enable their teams for repeatable success.


My leadership style is shaped by both experience and personality. I’m an ENTJ-A (“Commander”)—a driven, decisive, and future-oriented strategist. I naturally bring order to chaos, thrive in fast-paced environments, and focus on results without losing sight of the people who make them possible. I challenge assumptions, ask hard questions, and hold myself and others to high standards—all while building trust and clarity across the organization.


Before my business career, I was a three-time member of the U.S. Figure Skating Team. That early discipline and commitment to performance continues to influence how I show up for clients: focused, prepared, and always pushing for excellence.
