I naturally bring order to chaos, thrive in fast-paced environments, and focus on results without losing sight of the people who make them possible. I challenge assumptions, ask hard questions, and hold myself and others to high standards—all while building trust and clarity across the organization.
Before my business career, I was a three-time member of the U.S. Figure Skating Team. That early discipline and commitment to performance continues to influence how I show up for clients: focused, prepared, and always pushing for excellence.
